Luck Mervil (born 20 October 1967 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti) is a Haitian-Canadian actor and singer-songwriter. He is known for his belief in Quebec independence,[1] and was named Patriot of the Year 2004 (in 2005) by the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Society.[2]

Mervil was a spokesperson for the Canadian Centre for International Studies and Cooperation. Prior to creating his own NGO Vilaj vilaj.[3]

He is awaiting trial in a case concerning a sexual assault on a minor.[4]
