Lukáš Ticháček (born 12 January 1982) is a Czech volleyball player, a member of Czech Republic men's national volleyball team and Polish club Asseco Resovia Rzeszów, a bronze medalist of the European League 2013, double Czech Champion (2001, 2003), five-time German Champion (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011), Polish Champion (2012, 2013, 2015).
Personal life
In 2014 he married to Paulina. On July 24, 2015 his Polish wife gave birth to their first child, a daughter named Mia.
Career
Clubs
On May 11, 2011 signed a two-year contract with Polish club Asseco Resovia Rzeszów.[1] For this two years, he won two titles of Polish Champion (2011/2012,[2] 2012/2013[3]). In season 2013/2014 won Polish SuperCup 2013 and silver medal of Polish Championship after losing matches with PGE Skra Bełchatów. In 2013, his contract was extended for another two years.[4] On March 29, 2015 Asseco Resovia Rzeszów, including Tichacek, achieved silver medal of the 2014–15 CEV Champions League.[5][6] In April 2015 he signed next two-year contract to 2017.[7]
