Luke Allen-Gale

Luke Allen-Gale is an English actor best known for playing doctor Daniel Springer in the ITV television show Monroe.[1]

Career

Luke trained as an actor at The Drama Centre London and made his acting debut before graduating in 2008 on Wallander, alongside Kenneth Branagh. He has gone on to work for Channel 4 on the acclaimed mini-series, The Promise, by Peter Kosminsky as well as several other notable shows such as Midsomer Murders, Death in Paradise and more recently, BBC Worldwide's Ripper Street.

Luke is best known for his role in ITV's Monroe starring James Nesbit, Sarah Parish & Tom Riley and recently made his overseas production debut with Showtime's The Borgias, created by Neil Jordan.

In 2013 he made his professional stage debut as Nick Lockridge in Richard Greenberg's 'The American Plan,' which successfully transferred to The St James Theatre in London from Bath's Ustinov Studio.

In 2014, he will be in the main cast of the apocalyptic series Dominion.
