Luquan (Chinese: 鹿泉; pinyin: Lùquán; literally: "Deer Spring"), formerly Huolu County (获鹿县), is a district in southwestern Hebei province, China. Luquan lies in the foothills of the Taihang Mountains and is around 17 kilometres (11 mi) west of the provincial capital Shijiazhuang, which administers Luquan. Huolu (local pronunciation Huailu) town is the urban center of the city.
