Luyolo Nomandela (born 3 November 1989 in Ngqeleni, Eastern Cape) is a South African football (soccer) player who plays as a midfielder for Jomo Cosmos in the Premier Soccer League on loan from Moroka Swallows.[1]
Ngqeleni is a very small town, 31 Km away from Mthatha,Ngqeleni has disadvantaged rural communities but have people with talents and great minds like Luyolo Nomandela.
