Lynda Holt (born 9 March 1972)[1] is an Australian Paralympic athlete. She was born in Perth.[1] She won a silver medal at the 2000 Sydney Games in the women's shot put F55 event.[2] Besides her sporting achievements Holt has worked in recruitment and is currently the School of Infinite Learning Director and a corporate trainer in Sydney.[3]
