M-segment
M-segment is a car classification defined by European Commission as multi purpose cars.[1] In the recent past, the M-segment segment was increasing in volume year over year in Europe; in 2015, it is consolidated as the fourth most popular segment (11,5% of the overall market after C-segment, J-segment and B-segment).[2]
Typical M-segment cars include the Renault Espace and Mercedes-Benz R-Class.
