Madhukar Parekh

Madhukar Parekh ( full name Madhukar Balvantray Parekh, also known as M.B. Parekh) is an Indian entrepreneur, Chairman of Pidilite Industries, a global company among the leaders in adhesives and sealants, construction chemicals, hobby colours.[1] Madhukar is 34th richest Indian with a net worth of $ 2.4 billions as of 2014.[2][3]

Early Years

Madhukar born in the family of Banvantray Kalyanji Parekh in Mumbai India. Madhukar completed Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Mumbai University and Masters in Chemical engineering from University of Wisconsin USA in 1969. Madhukar joined Abbot Laboratories USA after his masters degree.[4]

Madhukar Joined his father’s business Pidilite Industries in 1971[5][6]

Madhukar serves as the chairman and managing director of Vinyl Chemicals India Limited, an Independent non executive director of Excel Industries Limited . Madhukar also serves as an Executive Director of Pidilite Industries and Vinyl Chemicals India Ltd. [10]
