MHT Partners
MHT Partners is a Dallas-based middle market investment bank founded in 2001 by Mike McGill and Shawn Terry. It provides advice to mid-sized companies on mergers and acquisitions and raising growth capital. It has offices in Dallas, Texas and Boston, Massachusetts and employs approximately 30 people.
MHT Partners was ranked as the 59th fastest-growing private company in North Texas by Southern Methodist University’s Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship in its 2012 “Dallas 100” list of the 100 fastest-growing private companies in North Texas. It was ranked as a best small company at which to work in the Dallas area by the Dallas Business Journal, 2004-2013 and statewide by Texas Monthly, 2011-2013.[1] Co-Founder McGill was named 2012 Dallas Dealmaker of the Year by the Dallas Business Journal and contributes articles on capital markets topics to CNBC.com. Co-founder Terry contributes articles on entrepreneurial finance and related topics to CNBC.com and other financial publications and was the Republican candidate for Congress from Texas's 24th Congressional District in 1998.
