Maakri is a subdistrict (Estonian: asum) in the district of Kesklinn (Midtown), Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. It has a population of 979 (As of 1 January 2014).[1] In the last decade Maakri has developed into the main business centre of Tallinn. Many high-rise buildings have been built into the area during this period.
