Macchia d'Isernia is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Isernia in the Italian region Molise, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) west of Campobasso and about 7 kilometres (4 mi) southwest of Isernia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 930 and an area of 17.9 square kilometres (6.9 sq mi).[1]
