"Machine Gun o Buppanase (Mr. Children Bootleg)" (マシンガンをぶっ放せ -Mr.Children Bootleg- Mashin Gan o Buppanase Misutā Chirudoren Būtoregu, lit. "Fire the Machine Gun (Mr. Children Bootleg)")" is the twelfth single released by Mr. Children on August 8, 1996 just after the release of their album Shinkai. The album version of the title tune was featured on the 10th track of the album Shinkai as "Machine Gun o Buppanase." With the first week sales of over 301,000 copies, the single debuted at No. 1 on the Japanese Oricon weekly charts, but it was the first single since "Replay" not to sell over a millions copies.[1]
