Madhesra is a village situated in the Sitamarhi district of Bihar state, India.[1]
This village is famous for the its traditional value and ponds.This village is situated at around 2.5 km from NH-77.
There is a Shiva Temple in the nearby village named Madhiya. The temple origin is very old and people have lots of stories about the temple. The most beautiful thing about this village is the presence of a pond called Chhapkahiya which is said to be created by a ghost.
