The Magnolia Lane Plantation, also known as the Fortier Plantation, is a historic plantation located on the Mississippi River in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana on La 541. The plantation house was built in 1784, by Edward Fortier and was declared a National Historic Landmark (NHL) in 1986.[2] A Louisiana historical marker was placed at the location in 1971.
