Maika Tanpoco is a Filipina tennis player, and Model. She was the few popular tennis player in the Philippines along with Tin Patrimonio.[1]
In 2016, Tanpoco change her screen name to Maika Rivera as she become a member of Star Magic, an ABS-CBN Talent Agency.
Personal life
Rivera is the cousin of Ashley "Petrang Mahalimuyak" Rivera who known for being an internet sensation.
Career
She lost to Marian Capadocia in the finals of Philippine Columbian Association in November 2014.[2]
Showbiz Carrer
Rivera film debut is Always Be My Maybe on Star Cinema which play the antagonist role for Arci Muñoz and Gerald Anderson love interst. Rivera also become a member of Girl Trends on ABS-CBN Noontime show It's Showtime, which teaming up with Mikee Agustin.
Off the Court
She appears for Metro magazine with volleyball superstar Alyssa Valdez of Ateneo Lady Eagles[3] and Men's Health Philippines along with another volleyball superstar Cha Cruz, who was included in the Top 100 of FHM Philippines 100 Sexiest Women along with Rachel Anne Daquis.[4]
