Malacca River

The Malacca River (Malay: Sungai Melaka) which flows through the middle of Malacca City in the Malaysian state of Malacca, was a vital trade route during the heyday of Malacca Sultanate in the 15th century.
Geography
The river spans over a distance of around 10 km.[1]
Facilities
The Malacca River Cruise is a regular sightseeing boat trip serving along the river through most of the old town area of Malacca from Marina Jetty up to Spice Garden Jetty.[2]
