Malibu Towne is residential complex located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.It is home for many affluent families of Gurgaon. It is a residential complex with ample open spaces and a community center. Malibu Towne is located on the main Sohna Road (6 lane), Malibu Towne is only 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) from Rajiv Chowk on the new NH8 expressway and is only a 15-minute drive from the New Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport. Spread over 200 acres of land and Malibu Towne is an American-style “Gated” township.
Layout
The outlay of the township resembles that of a similar township in California. There are 3 categories of houses in the township - The Towers housing flats, The independent villas and the personal value floors. The landscape is similar to countryside with almost all buildings following the signature style of white exteriors and a red roof giving the look of a thatched roof.
The condominium complex is spread on about 12 acres and is in fact a totally separate entity within the township having its own independent secured access, thus making it a "gated complex" within a gated township offering double security. The towers have been a landmark and are indeed an overpowering sight as seen from the Gurgaon-Sohna road, the internal sector roads and from various other points of Gurgaon. The unique elevation and facade of the towers make them stand out dramatically from all other existing and under construction projects in entire Gurgaon thus adding to it a unique identity.
There are currently 5 high rise towers already constructed which have a total of 292 condominiums.
