Le Mariage Anglais is an album of traditional Folk music by Malicorne. Released in 1975 on the Hexagone label (Catalogue No 883 004, distributed by WEA). Running time approx: 42 mins. The musical arrangements are similar to the contemporary English Albion Band but with a lesser electric element and more emphasis on traditional Celtic instrumentation.
The album's closing track "Le Bouvier" was sampled by Four Tet on "As Serious As Your Life", from the 2003 album Rounds.[1]
