Mango Hill is a suburb of Moreton Bay Region, Queensland, Australia.[1]

The area was named Mango Hill on 1 September 1980, after the mango trees lining Anzac Avenue as it passes through the area. Although the streets are named after different species or breeds of birds , celestial objects and minerals.

In March 2006, the northern part of the suburb was subdivided to form the suburb of North Lakes by the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Water.

Demographics

In the 2011 census, Mango Hill recorded a population of 4,340 people, 51.6% female and 48.4% male.

The median age of the Mango Hill population was 33 years, 4 years below the national median of 37.
