Mangowal Sharqi (Urdu: منگووال شرقی lit. East Mangowal) is a village situated near Jalalpur Jattan cantonment in the district of Gujrat, Pakistan. It is the third largest village of the district.
The history of the village is not well known. According to local traditions, this village is about 300 years old and was founded by a son of Hindu Jutt later on the village was supervised by Chaudary Dolat khan and after him the head of panchaiyat of this village was his grand son Chaudhary Hatam Ali (WAIN WALAY) who was THE OWNER of DERA WAIN.
