Manuel de Seabra

Manuel de Seabra (born 1932 in Lisbon) is a Portuguese writer, journalist, and translator.[1] He translates Russian, Portuguese, and Catalan.[1] He and his wife compiled the Portuguese-Catalan/Catalan-Portuguese Dictionary.[1] He was awarded the Creu de Sant Jordi in 2001.
