Manulea flavociliata is a moth of the Arctiidae family. It is found in north-eastern Kazakhstan, southern Siberia, the Russian Far East, Mongolia, China (Heilongjiang, Beijing, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Tibet, Qinghai, Xinjiang) and Korea.[2]
