Academics
Located near the Siuslaw River in Mapleton Oregon is Mapleton High School, a public high school with a very small population. The biggest class size (in the 2014 graduating year) was the Seniors,with a class size of 16. Most students have lived in Mapleton their entire lives. Brenda Moyer recently became the high school principal, with Jodi O'Mara as Superintendent. Mapletons top rival is close by Triangle Lake Lakers.
