Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd is an Asia-focused real estate development, investment and capital management company headquartered in Singapore. Mapletree Investments operates as a private equity firm and provides real estate investment management services.

From an initial asset base of S$3 billion which it held in 2000, Mapletree today owns and manages USD$24.6 billion (FY13/14) of office, logistics, industrial, residential and retail/lifestyle properties. Mapletree currently manages four Singapore-listed real estate investment trusts (“REITs”) and seven private equity real estate funds which together hold a diverse portfolio of assets in Singapore and throughout Asia. Mapletree's maiden fund was Real Estate Mezzanine Fund 1, set up in 2003 with a committed capital of S$90 million to invest in property-linked mortgage and mezzanine loans in Asia.

Mapletree's strategic focus is to invest in markets and real estate sectors with good growth potential in Asia. The Group has also established offices in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea and Vietnam to support its regional expansion. Mapletree’s property portfolio includes projects in Singapore such as the VivoCity and Mapletree Business City as well as mixed-use developments in the region such as the Future City and Nanhai Business City in China. For example, in Feb 2013, Mapletree Investments announced plans to raise up to US$1.36 billion by listing a China-focused real-estate investment trust (REIT) in Singapore. The REIT is named Mapletree Greater China Commercial Trust, is scheduled to list on the Singapore Stock Exchange on March 7, 2013. This will become Mapletree Investments' fourth REIT. (Others being MINT, MLT and MCT). It was about 30 times subscribed and the IPO price of the REIT was S$0.93. it commenced trading on SGX on 7 March 2013 at a price of 1.025.
