Marc Vales González (born 4 April 1990) is an Andorran footballer who plays for Spanish club CE L'Hospitalet. Mainly a central defender, he can also play as a defensive midfielder.

Career

Born in Les Escaldes, Escaldes-Engordany, Vales began playing football with local UE Sant Julià. He moved to Spain in 2007, played for clubs from the lower leagues — CE Sabadell B, Ibiza-Eivissa B, CD Binéfar, Atlético Monzón.[1][2]

He joined Real Madrid C from CD Atlético Baleares on a free transfer in July 2012.[3] He made his debut on 23 September 2012 in a 2–1 league defeat against Atlético Madrid B, coming off at half time. He signed for Real Zaragoza B in July 2014.[4] One year later, Vales signed for CE L'Hospitalet.[5]

International Career

Vales had also represented Andorra at youth level, playing for the under-17, under-19, and under-21 national teams. He made his international debut for the Andorra national football team in 2008. Vales has made 39 appearances for the Andorra national football team.[6][7]
