Marcus Weller (born July 14, 1984), is an American entrepreneur[1] who is the co-founder and CEO of Skully Inc, the makers of the world’s first smart motorcycle helmet, Skully.[2]
Career
Weller attended the University of Minnesota and studied intelligent transportation systems, human factors engineering and industrial psychology. A motorcycle accident inspired him to found SKULLY in 2013. Marcus holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology.[3]
Skully Helmet
Marcus Weller invented [4] the SKULLY AR-1. The AR-1 is the first vertically integrated, smart, Heads-Up Display (HUD) helmet for consumers. In addition to a revolutionary HUD system that displays at a perceptual distance of 10-feet in front of the rider, the AR-1 features a near 180-degree rear-view camera, turn-by-turn GPS navigation, smartphone pairing and voice control, making it the world’s smartest motorcycle helmet.[5][6][7]
