Maria Parham Hospital also known as the Maria Parham Apartments, is a historic hospital building located at Henderson, Vance County, North Carolina. It was built in 1925, and is a three-story brick and concrete structure with a flat roof and Colonial Revival style design elements. Additions were made to the original seven bay wide building in 1941 and 1953. In 1992-1993, the building was converted into apartment units for the elderly. It was the only county hospital for white patients from 1925 to 1965.[2]
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.[1]
