Mark Ashcroft
Mark David Ashcroft (born Rugby, Warwickshire, 3 September 1954) is the current Archdeacon of Manchester.[1]
He was ordained in 1983. He was Curate at St Margaret, Burnage from 1982 to 1985,;[2] Tutor then Principal of St Paul’s College, Kapsabet from 1986 to 1995; Rector of Christ Church, Harpurhey from 1996 to 2009; Area Dean of North Manchester to 2000 to 2006; and an Honorary Canon of Manchester Cathedral from 2004 to 2009.[3]
