Mark Leiter (businessman)
Mark Leiter is Chief Strategy Officer at Nielsen and Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Demand Institute.[1][2][3][4][5] Prior to his current role, he served as Nielsen's Global President of Practices and Consulting Services while concurrently serving as Chief Executive Officer of The Cambridge Group, a Nielsen division specializing in growth strategy consulting. Earlier in his career, he was with McKinsey & Company where he was a founder of McKinsey's business-to-business marketing and branding practices, and author of several McKinsey Quarterly articles.[6][7][8] In addition to serving as chairman of The Demand Institute, he is a member of The Global Counsellors and the Global Advisory Board of The Conference Board and serves on a Board of Overseers for Bard College. He serves as a Partner of Pereg Ventures, a venture capital firm based in NYC.[9]
