Marlo R. Cruz, also known as MRC, is the President and CEO of CIBI Information, Inc.[1] He was formerly a Division Head for Credit, PCI Leasing and Finance, Inc. in 1997-2007. Marlo also became the head for different leasing and finance companies.

He handled a seat as a President of Credit Management Association of the Philippines also known as CMAP in 2003, 2005 and 2006; [2] [3] and became a SEC Accredited Compliance Officer, Accredited in 2004.

Marlo R. Cruz was invited to become one of the panels during the 2016 APEC Finance Ministers’ Process (FMP) [4] under the chairmanship of Cesar Purisima. He also appeared as one of the talking heads for On the Money (ANC TV series) by ABS-CBN News Channel hosted by Salve Duplito, as he tackles about credit report and how it should be perceive in order for it to be relevant in the society.[5]
