Marlon LeBlanc (born in East Windsor Township, New Jersey) is an American soccer coach.

He is currently the head men's soccer coach at West Virginia University, a position he has held since August 10, 2006.[1] He was named the 2006 Soccer America Coach of the Year, leading the team to a 15-3-3 record. In 2005 and 2006, he led the Mountaineers to back-to-back tournament appearances, including a Sweet Sixteen appearance in 2006. He previously served as an assistant coach at Penn State University from 2001 to 2005. As an assistant, Penn State went to 4 out of 5 NCAA tournaments.
