The Marquette Sports Law Review (formerly the Marquette Sports Law Journal) is a biannual law review edited by students at Marquette University Law School (MULS). It is ranked 111th among specialty U.S. student-edited journals for citations by courts.[1] Articles, essays, and notes are accessible in hard copy as well as online through LexisNexis, Westlaw, and HeinOnline. The journal is affiliated with the National Sports Law Institute at MULS. Marquette Sports Law Review is the oldest law review with an exclusive focus on sports law.[2]

Staff

The journal is produced by a staff of student editors and members. Membership invitations are extended to students selected in a write-on competition held each summer. Membership for one academic year is a requirement to earn the National Sports Law Institute's Sports Law Certificate.[3] The editor-in-chief is Stephanie Horner.[4] The staff member who publishes the best student note receives the annual Joseph E. O'Neill Prize.
