Martijn Verschoor (born 4 May 1985) is a Dutch professional road racing cyclist who rides for Team Novo Nordisk.[1][2] At the age of thirteen, Verschoor was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes.[2] He is a Hanze University graduate.[2] Verschoor was born, raised, and resides in Bovensmilde, Drenthe, Netherlands.[2]
