Tokyo Marui UZI

The Tokyo Marui UZI is an airsoft gun designed during the nineties by Tokyo Marui, Japan. Featuring a completely new gearbox design, it uses a unique reverse piston movement, which may give the gun a more realistic recoil. In other words, rather than propelling compressed air directly into the barrel, the air is channeled backwards and is then reversed into the barrel. This allows the piston to strike in the direction of the back of the gun rather than towards the front as in most airsoft guns, causing a stronger recoil to be felt by the user. Another notable aspect is that utilizes a small gearbox, while still using a full air volume system. It compromises the size, range, and accuracy of larger models, as well as the versatility of smaller models. The gun is not able to be upgraded, and is thus uncommon.
