The Masiliwa Snout-burrower or Masiliwa shovelnose frog (Hemisus brachydactylus) is a species of frog in the Hemisotidae family. It is endemic to Tanzania.
Its natural habitats are dry savanna, moist savanna, and intermittent freshwater marshes.
