Mat Chapman
Mat Chapman (13 April 1865 – 28 November 1909) was an English cricketer active from 1893 to 1895 who played for Liverpool and District in 1893 and then for Leicestershire. He was born in Arnesby and died in Narborough, Leicestershire. He appeared in 28 first-class matches as a righthanded batsman who sometimes kept wicket. He scored 633 runs with a highest score of 56 and completed 21 catches with two stumpings.[1]
