Mateus Lucena dos Santos (born 18 August 1994), better known as Caramelo, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays for São Paulo FC as a right back.

He joined from Mogi Mirim Esporte Clube in May 2013. After eliminations in 2013 Campeonato Paulista, against the rival Corinthians, and in Copa Libertadores, when was lost for Atlético Mineiro, Juvenal Juvêncio, president of club, dismissed seven players and signed with another ones.[1] Caramelo, along with Roni, a colleague from Mogi, was contracted for Tricolor.
