Mathieu Asselin
Mathieu Asselin (born 25 June 1973) is a French-Venezuelan photographer artist specializing in documentary photography.
Asselin started his career working on film productions in Caracas and continued his photographic work in Europe. Currently, he is a full-time photographer based in New York City. His personal work covers social issues focusing on documentary photography and portraiture. His work was featured in The New Yorker, GEO, Freitag, Paris Match and exhibited in New York City, Miami, Washington and Caracas. In 2014, he selected for Plat(t)form at Fotomuseum Winterthur and as Artist in Residence with Imagine Science Films.[1][2][3][4][5]
