Mathurin-François Boucher
Mathurin François Boucher (1778–1851) was a French naval engineer.
Career
Student at the École Polytechnique in 1794, he took part in the French campaign in Egypt and Syria.
He later designed the Surveillante class of 60-gun frigates.
