Matthew Gillett is an Australian soccer referee currently officiating in the Australian A-League. He was selected to officiate selected football matches at the 2007 Australian Youth Olympic Festival.
History
Gillett started refereeing in his local district competition, the Manly Warringah Football Referees Association. In 2007 he was selected to referee in the 2007 Australian Youth Olympic Festival.[1]
In 2009 he made his debut in the A-League as he was selected to officiate the Round 14 Wellington Phoenix v Perth Glory game on 8 November 2009.[2]
