Matthew Ogens is an American director, photographer, and artist.

He directed and produced the feature documentary Confessions of a Superhero. Ogens also earned three Emmy Award nominations for work he directed for two original series on ESPN ("The Life" and "Timeless"). In addition, he directed a short film titled "From Harlem with Love" about the Harlem Globetrotters as part of the Emmy Award-winning series ESPN 30 for 30.[1]

Ogens has directed numerous television projects including segments for the CNN Heroes Awards Show hosted by Anderson Cooper, Stand Up 2 Cancer, ESPN, MTV, VH1, and more.

Ogens has directed award-winning commercial, branded content, and digital projects globally for top ad agencies and their clients.

His second feature documentary, Meet the Hitlers,[2][3] was first screened at the 2014 New Orleans Film Festival. The film was released in 2015 under the Morgan Spurlock Presents banner.[4]

Ogens is currently directing a feature film North.[5]
