Matt Zeremes

Matt Zeremes (aka Matthew Zeremes) is an Australian actor known for his television, theatre and film roles.

Zeremes graduated from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Acting. He wrote, produced and co-directed the feature film Burke & Wills with fellow QUT Graduate Oliver Torr.[1]

Film and theatre

Zeremes starred in the original stage version of Holding the Man as John Coleo for the Griffin Theatre Company in 2006, adapted from the novel of the same name by Tommy Murphy and directed by David Berhold.[2] The original Australian production was recreated in London's West End for a limited season in 2010.[3]

Zeremes starred in the feature film All My Friends Are Leaving Brisbane in 2007.

Television

Zeremes is known for his roles as Dr. Lachie Hatsatouris in the television series The Surgeon and Clint Mailer in Home and Away. He has had guest roles in the series Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries, The Elegant Gentleman's Guide to Knife Fighting, Chandon Pictures and All Saints. He will feature in the mini-series Secret City.
