Mau Hau Airport (Indonesian: Bandar Udara Mau Hau) (IATA: WGP[3], ICAO: WADW[2], formerly WRRW[4]), also known as Waingapu Airport, is an airport serving Waingapu, the largest town on the island of Sumba, in the province of East Nusa Tenggara in Indonesia. Starting from 2009 the airport name changed to Umbu Mehang Kunda Airport. Waingapu is also the capital town of the regency of Sumba Timur(East Sumba).
Facilities
The airport resides at an elevation of 33 feet (10 m) above mean sea level. It has one runway designated 15/33 with an asphalt surface measuring 1,650 by 30 metres (5,413 ft × 98 ft).[1]
