Maurice Bompard

Maurice Bompard was French Ambassador to the Ottoman Empire, from 1909 to 1914.[1]

Before that, he had been Resident-General for Madagascar, from 1889 to 1890, and French Ambassador to Russia between 1902 and 1908.
