Max Otten (born 10 November 1992) is a professional Australian rules football player who was listed as a rookie for the Sydney Swans in the Australian Football League (AFL for season 2011 before being delisted . Otten is the brother of Adelaide Crows player Andy Otten.[1] He currently stands at 191 cm and weighs 85 kg. He was drafted to the Sydney Swans as their first pick and 21st pick overall in the 2011 Rookie Draft. He formerly played for the TAC Cup team the Oakleigh Chargers as a key defender, and briefly for the Under 18 Championships team Victoria Metro. Otten got picked up by VFL club Box Hill Hawks for the 2012 season.
