Graves Jr., the longtime Mayor of Paterson, N.J., and also a State Senator for many years, died after a heart attack yesterday morning at his home in the Lakeview section of the city. He was 66 years old. Mr. Graves was stricken shortly before 10:30 A.M. and was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 11:15.
