McEwan Fraser Legal is a Solicitors and Estate Agency based in Scotland. McEwan Fraser Legal specialise in selling both residential properties and commercial properties throughout the whole of Scotland.
McEwan Fraser Legal Services LLP was founded in 2009 as a partnership between two friends, Ken McEwan and Scott Fraser, who both had (and continue to have) a keen interest in process of selling and buying property, as well as property investments.
McEwan Fraser Legal’s head office is based in Edinburgh, employing over 160 staff with over 16 different languages spoken by the team.
The team covers all of Scotland, including having local property specialists in Aberdeen, Alloa, Anstruther, Ayrshire, Borders, Buckie, Dumfries, Dundee, Dunfermline, Edinburgh, Elgin, Falkirk, Fort William, Glasgow, Inverness, Kirkcaldy, Lanarkshire, Livingston, Perth and Stirling.

McEwan Fraser Legal has invested heavily in football sponsorship over the years. They previously operated a highly successful partnership with Hibernian in March 2009. As well as being Rangers Player of the Year sponsor in 2014 and Celtic Player of the Year sponsor for 2014, 2015 and 2016.
McEwan Fraser Legal have recently become the main club and shirt sponsor for Dundee, Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Dundee United from the start of the 2016/17 season.
McEwan Fraser Legal also sponsor numerous community charities and teams.
Marketing
McEwan Fraser Legal was one of the first Estate Agents in Scotland to use the radio for property marketing purposes and they continue to have a huge presence across numerous radios stations today including Forth FM and Capital FM. McEwan Fraser Legal also advertise on several prime time TV channels including STV, and they also have a strong presence online.
One of McEwan Fraser Legal's most successful campaigns was their 'Thinking Differently' campaign which included launching their extended opening hours. McEwan Fraser Legal are open 7 Days a Week, Monday - Friday 8am till Midnight, and Saturday - Sunday 9am till 10pm.
