Meenangadi is a small town situated on the highway NH 212 between Kalpetta and sulthan bathery in Wayanad District,[1] in Kerala, India. Coffee, pepper,Ginger and baboon(adaka) are the main crops of this area. The valleys have large paddy fields. Meenangadi also has a Govt Polytechnic. The nearest railway station and airport are at Kozhikode, 86 km from Meenangadi. Meenangadi is surrounded by, ambalvayal panchayat, Kalpetta Taluk towards west, Gudalur Taluk towards East, Mananthavady Taluk towards west.[2][3] Kalpetta, Gudalur, Gundlupet, Mavoor are the nearby Cities to Meenangadi.
