Meeting in the Ladies Room is the fourth studio album by Klymaxx, released in 1984 (see 1984 in music).
Klymaxx gained airplay on MTV, VH1 and BET with the release of their single "The Men All Pause". The song reached #5 on the R&B chart, #80 on the Billboard Hot 100, and #9 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart.
The title track to the album would become another successful single. The song reached #59 on the Hot 100 and #4 on the R&B chart.
The third single "I Miss You" was the biggest hit for Klymaxx, reaching #5 on the Hot 100, #11 on the R&B chart and #1 on the adult contemporary chart. The single was certified gold.
The fourth and final single was the dance hit "Lock and Key", which was a moderate hit for Klymaxx. It only reached #47 on the R&B chart.
It was rumored that there was to be a fifth single released from the album. It was believed that "Video Kid" was supposed to be the single. This was denied because Klymaxx was already set to release their follow-up album Klymaxx.
The album would go on to reach #18 on the Billboard 200 and #9 on the R&B album chart. The album is certified Platinum.
