Melanie Klaffner (born 22 May 1990 in Waidhofen an der Ybbs) is an Austrian tennis player.
Klaffner has won 14 singles and 16 doubles titles on the ITF tour in her career. On 27 January 2014, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 175. On 25 May 2009, she peaked at world number 148 in the doubles rankings.
